Dr. Joshua Reid Bell is a true Idaho Falls local who embraces the outdoor lifestyle. He loves snowboarding, hiking in southeast Idaho, and playing soccer and volleyball. As the youngest of six kids, he now has six children of his own with his wife, whom he lovingly calls the most beautiful redhead in the world. Together, they stay active, competing in coed volleyball at Apple Athletic and coed soccer through the Idaho Falls YMCA, all while sharing their love for adventure with their family.

Dedicated to both his profession and passions, Dr. Reid’s journey in dentistry began after graduating from Hillcrest High School in 1997. He attended Idaho State University on a full academic scholarship before earning his DMD from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He started dental school with one child and finished with a fourth on the way. Since 2006, he has been serving the Idaho Falls community with expertise in Lumineers, CEREC technology, and guided surgery using CT scanning and CAD/CAM technology for precision implant placement. He is committed to alleviating dental pain and continually adopting the latest advancements to enhance patient care.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Reid cherishes the connections he makes with people, from Hollywood stuntmen to search and rescue scuba divers. However, his most treasured achievement isn’t a professional accolade—it’s the "Best Dad Ever" award, given to him by his little girl, a testament to his dedication to both family and career.

Meet Dr. Monika, a patient-focused dentist dedicated to providing exceptional care at Sunrise Smiles. Originally from Egypt, she grew up immersed in a vibrant culture, developing a passion for music and singing in the church choir. She earned her BDS degree in Cairo in 2016 before moving to the United States with her husband, Botros, who pursued a PhD in nuclear engineering. Their journey took them from Raleigh, NC, to Las Cruces, NM, where Dr. Monika expanded her knowledge by taking public health classes at New Mexico State University.

Her dedication to dentistry led her to Minneapolis, MN, where she earned her DDS degree from the prestigious University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in May 2023. Now, she and Botros have settled in Idaho Falls, drawn by the city’s natural beauty and welcoming community. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Dr. Monika ensures clear communication and personalized care for her patients. Her expertise spans extractions, restorative dentistry, and removable prosthodontics, allowing her to provide comprehensive treatment options.
